Last updated: August 24, 2026

Who we are

Sault Digital provides website, SEO, content, social media, paid ads, chatbot, and practical automation support. You can contact Sault Digital about privacy questions at khilpajamwal@saultdigital.ca.

Personal information we may collect

The information collected depends on how you use the website and services. It may include name, email address, phone number, business name, website URL, message details, consultation booking details, chatbot messages, marketing preferences, IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, referral source, ad interactions, and other information you choose to provide.

How we collect information

Information may be collected when you submit contact forms, book through Calendly, send email, interact with a chatbot, subscribe to email marketing, click ads, or browse the website. Analytics and advertising tools may also collect cookie, device, and usage information when permitted by your consent settings.

How we use information

Sault Digital uses personal information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, understand business needs, provide requested services, manage client communication, improve the website, measure marketing performance, run ads, prevent misuse, maintain records, and send email marketing when consent or another lawful basis applies.

Cookies, analytics, and ads

Sault Digital may use Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and related tools to understand website activity, measure conversions, improve campaigns, create or measure audiences, and support retargeting or remarketing where allowed. Non-essential analytics and marketing cookies should be managed through the cookie banner and cookie preference controls.

Forms, chatbot, Calendly, and spam protection

Contact forms, chatbot tools, and Calendly may collect the details needed to answer your request or schedule a consultation. Sault Digital is not using Google reCAPTCHA at launch. If spam protection such as reCAPTCHA, Cloudflare Turnstile, or a similar service is added later, this policy should be updated to describe that tool.

Email marketing

Sault Digital may offer email marketing in the future. Marketing emails should be sent only with consent or another permitted basis, and each promotional email should include a way to unsubscribe. Service or inquiry-related messages may still be sent when needed to respond to a request or manage a business relationship.

When information is shared

Personal information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website and business, including website hosting, email, contact forms, Calendly, analytics, advertising platforms, email marketing tools, chatbot providers, security tools, and professional advisors. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or security, or with your direction.

Retention

Sault Digital keeps personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, managing client relationships, providing services, keeping business records, meeting legal or tax obligations, resolving disputes, improving security, and honoring consent choices. Marketing contacts may be kept until unsubscribe or deletion is requested, subject to recordkeeping needs.

Your choices

You can contact Sault Digital to ask about access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or privacy questions. You can also use browser settings and cookie preference controls to manage cookies. Some information may need to be kept where required for legal, security, or legitimate business reasons.
